Dollie sized vases

Hi Happy People,

It's finally SPRING!

I found an amazing dollie sized find! Check it out.

They're dollie sized vases!

I found them in a local supermarket. I think you can find something like this at Michael's or another craft store.

Mia: "I picked some really nice flowers!"

"Let's put them in the vase."

"It looks lovely. The heart of these flowers looks like a little face!"

"I am wondering if Saige likes them…"

Saige: "I love white flowers! They're called … I don't know?!"

Can you tell me how these flowers are called in English?

We call them 'viooltjes'. Translated: 'Little violins', yes… like the music instrument.

Rainy Day Outfit & Set

Hi Happy People,

Here is a review of this adorable outfit I bought. It's the Rainy Day Outfit & Set for dolls!

Gilly loves her new outfit! The pink looks lovely on her.

The jacket is double breasted and the pink is so bright!

Oh my dollie! THESE RAIN BOOTS! The ribbon's are just too pretty.

I love pictures with doll hands :)

Silly Gilly… It's not even raining! The umbrella is amazing, BTW.

This picture is dollie perfection ❤

The hairband is from a retired XMAS dress, not from this outfit.

I love the shadow that is on the half on her face!

There is a little 'American Girl' sign on the side of her jacket.

Liebster Award

Hi Happy People!

Guess what! I was nominated for the Liebster Award! Thanks to Lilac Ruffles, 2 Doll Stars and Lydia from AG dolls and books for nominating me!

1. Weekends or weekdays?

Weekends! I love to have some free time to make pictures with my dolls, make crafts, videos and more.

2. Make videos or take photos?

Take photos. I have so much fun taking photos with my Canon camera and BTW… I can make a stop motion video with those pictures too!

3. Favorite animal?

A cute doggie! I adore my pets.

4. Fruits or Veggies?

This is a difficult question! Probably fruits… Blueberries, strawberries, rasberries… Every kind of berry :)

5. Favorite doll?

My first dollie, that’s me: Pretty Lilly!

6. Money or giftcards?

Giftcards! I love the cards from AG and Target.

7. Shopping at a store or online?

Probably online, because I live in Europe. It’s easier to order American stuff, instead of flying to the US all the time, hihi.

8. Favorite thing to do in your free time?

Making pictures, videos, reading, writing in my journal.

9. Favorite color?

Come on, it’s me! Pretty Lilly <3 PINK!

10. Gifts or giftcards?

Gifts, especially when they’re from AG or Target.

11. Favorite food?

Salades, sushi, Italian food… I like everything.

I prefer MAG dolls, because you can give them a personality.

2. Dogs or cats?

Doggies!

3. Cold weather or warm?

Warm weather please! I love the pool.

Cupcakes. I have so much fun decorating them and the icing is just too good to be true.

5. Sunflowers or roses?

Roses, because they smell so good.

6. Pizza or hot-dogs?

PIZZA! I love cheese and the California Pizza Kitchen is just amazing. But Bagby in Baltimore is my favorite pizza place!

7. Outside or inside?

I would choose for outside, because it’s more fun to make doll pictures in the nature.

8. Favorite school subject?

Hmmm, that’s a hard one! I like almost everything… English, French, History, Biology even Math :)

9. Mexican food or Chinese?

Oh! This is not fair. I CAN’T CHOOSE! I love guacamole and Kung Pao Chicken!

10. Vintage or modern décor?

I would choose modern. I love a white décor!

11. Boots or flip-flops?

Flip-flops. I just have such a nice feeling of summer when I am wearing them.

My blog is called Pretty Lilly - an American Girl. I am the first dollie in the house and my name is Lilly. I wanted to start a blog and my nickname is Pretty Lilly… Everybody has to know I am an AG doll, so that’s why my name is Pretty Lilly - an American Girl.

2. Why do you think you got this award?

I think people like my pictures, my AG adventures and my blog lay-out… 

3. Do you have, or would you make, any custom dolls?

I don’t have any custom dolls and I am not planning to make some. I like my dollies how they look now.

4. Would you ever dye your hair?

NO! Pretty Lilly loves her blond hair… But maybe I can use Isabelle’s pink hair extension!

5. Night owl or morning person?

I am totally a morning person. When it’s late, I am so tired!

6. Do you have a nickname? If so, what is it and why?

As you know, my nickname is Pretty Lilly! I am a total fashionista and that’s why my dollie friends call me Pretty Lilly.

7. Was it hard to pick 11 people to nominate?

I am going to nominate everyone who reads this… But I think if I have to it isn’t that hard, because I read lots of doll blogs!

8. LEAST favorite book character and why?

That would be Eric from Divergent, Snow from The Hunger Games, Sebestian Verlac from The Mortal Instruments… But every book needs a bad guy, right?

9. Was it hard to answer #8? Why?

No… Some people are so mean and do horrible things in books. I dislike them.

10. What job do you think you’ll have in the future?

Hmm, I have no idea. I like every subject in school at the moment, so I don’t know. I think I’ll do something with computers.

Lanie's Nature Pictures

I know it's not spring yet, but the sun was shining today! 

Lanie enjoyed this beautiful day. She made some perfect nature pictures with her camera…

"I saw some tiny animals today too! The ladybug was so bright, and she was enjoying the sunny day too." said Lanie

Lanie also saw a BUTTERFLY! "I never made a close up of a butterfly." said Lanie. "I love how it turned out! It is almost the same as my hair clip." They say butterflies are good luck charms… I guess Lanie has lots of good luck now!
